Mô tả
- [x] Detect existing speed limits for every road today. Use reasonable defaults based on `highway` when missing. Make it able to be changed by locale, but prioritize Scotland and have alignment with osmactive / NPW assumptions.
- [ ] Like the v1 tool, have a way to edit speed limit per road (and also just display the current speeds)
- [x] Change routing to incorporate speed
- [ ] See how shortcut detour ratios work by time, not just distance
- [x] Show time in impact-to-one-place mode and route mode
