Defining junction=intersection OSM tag

I want to define junction=intersection, both with clear definition and with something usable in AB.

Do you have any ideas how to define it, preferably not as "road that should not be treated as standalone road in AB Street" but something more general.

"internal way of a junction, not qualifying for any other more specific `junction` value"?

- https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/205118580 would be clearly an internal junction way (though this would be probably detectable as road between dual carriageway ways)
- roads from https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/96585096 clearly qualify and are not easy to automatically detect

What about https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/155221411 and https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/24430648 ? How to make definition that would clearly define them as taggable with `junction=intersection` or not taggable with it?

Motorway slip roads should be somehow excluded (for example https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/207328248 ). How it can be made clear in the definition?

What about https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/187972989 ? In practice it is road between two intersection, not internal road of intersection (even if AB would likely prefer to merge this junctions).
