Description
`abstutil::Timer` could probably be partly replaced.
- Hierarchial
- Strongly prefer explicitly plumbing a ctx, not a global singleton
- Glue it to file reading for bytes read progress bar
- Coloring for warnings/errors
- Nicer progress bars
- Flamegraphs
- Disable fancy stuff when writing to file and not STDOUT
- Cross platform
- Can record warnings/notes in the middle of a progress bar, and batch print at the end
