Description
Gérer le cas ou l'on renouvelle une certification, il faut bien enregistrer la nouvelle date de validité (début et fin).
L'affichage final devra permettre de visualiser l'ensemble des certifications et des dates de renouvellement.
Ajouter la possibilité de saisir une URL de validation.
