Il serait pratique de pouvoir ajouter des compétences ou certifications à des consultants pour des super users (type DT ou formateurs).
En tant que formateur ou DT, je souhaiterai pouvoir ajouter une compétence à un consultant
Etant donnée que je suis sur la fiche d'un consultant Z
Lorsque je suis dans l'un des 4 cadrans
Alors je peux ajouter des compétences à ce consultant
Et valider ces dernières qui apparaissent ensuite dans la liste des compétences
