Please give us a description of what happened

The skip link in the lower right corner on the Succesful installation page does not work for multisite subsites, it links to the main site /wp-admin/ and not to the subsite wp-admin

To Reproduce
Step-by-step reproduction instructions
  1. Configure a WordPress installation in a subfolder or have a multisite network based on subfolders and check this on a subsite.
  2. Install Yoast SEO
  3. Check the skip link on the Installation successful page (lower right corner)
Expected results

Link to be correct.

Actual results

Link is incorrectly linking relative to .../wp-admin/..
