Revision not created when creating a copy

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a page
2. Got to the overview of pages and click 'Rewrite & Republish'
3. Alter the page content
4. Save draft.
5. Compare revisions

Expected results

1. The revision only shows that alterations you have made after clicking 'Rewrite & Republish'

Actual results

1. The revision shows the entire page as being new

Start by reproducing the issue with WordPress 6.7, Yoast Duplicate Post 4.5, PHP 8.1, and the Block Editor: create a page, use “Rewrite & Republish,” alter it, save a draft, and compare revisions. Done means the revision shows only changes made after creating the copy, rather than the entire page as new.
