App hook/notifications is broken.

Reproduce the issue using the listed Magisk, ZygiskNext, Vector, and PIA versions, then compare the VectorLegacyBridge logs with what the PIA app displays after opening Google Play Store, PayPal, and Integrity Checker. Done means the app shows Play Store as watched, lists the detected packages, and displays notifications for detections rather than only the in-app test.

Logs indicate Playstore is hooked & requests from packages are detected. "Watching Google Play Store ✓" never appears in PIA app, detections aren't listed & notifications never show apart from inapp test.
