Description

When using the cask of xcodes, you can check for "xcodes create symlink as xcode.app". Using Xcodes CLI, when I select a version of an installed xcode, it doesn't creates the symlink to xcode.app.

Research direction

Start by tracing the CLI flow for selecting an installed Xcode version and compare it with the cask option for creating a symlink as xcode.app. Done means selecting an installed version through the CLI creates the expected xcode.app symlink.
