Start by reproducing the installed-platforms issue in Xcodes 4.0.2 on OS 26.5.1, using the attached screenshot as the reference. Trace the installed-platform listing and deletion flow to identify why the displayed platforms cannot be removed. Done means bogus entries no longer appear, or can be deleted reliably, with a regression test covering the behavior.
