Description

Describe the bug
After you select the Xcode version you click the "Install" button and it looks like nothing is happening. I kept pressing that button over and over again and getting frustrated that I got absolutely no feedback that the command was acknowledged. 5 min later I noticed a progress bar overlayed on top of the icon in the dock! That wasn't obvious at all! T

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
The progress bar should be visible right under the "install" button and the button should be disabled while the command is in progress.

Research direction

Reproduce the Xcode installation flow in XcodesApp 3.0.2 on macOS 15.7.1, starting from the screen with the Install button. Confirm that progress is visible beneath the button and that the button is disabled during installation; the issue does not name a file or test to run.
