Description
Describe the bug
In the Xcodes app, clicking the “Privileged Helper” install button does not trigger the installation. Normally, a prompt should appear asking for the macOS account password, but the prompt does not appear and nothing happens.
To Reproduce
- Open the Xcodes app.
- Go to Preferences.
- Click on the “Install Privileged Helper” button.
- Notice that the macOS password prompt does not appear and the installation does not proceed.
Expected behavior
When clicking the “Install Privileged Helper” button, a macOS password prompt should appear. After entering the password, the installation should complete successfully.
