Description
Tell us how we can improve Xcodes
I would love if Xcodes, in addition to auto-downloading new versions of Xcode, could also automatically download SDKs and make it the active installation.
What would you like to see? How would you like it to work?
For some context, I have a Mac mini I use as a build server, triggered by Github actions. Throughout this beta period it would be great if when a new version came out, Xcodes could automatically download new versions and make it the active installation so I don't have to remote into my build server every couple of weeks to update things.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing automatic Xcode download flow and the logic that selects the active installation. Done should mean new Xcode versions and their SDKs can be downloaded automatically and the selected installation becomes active without remote intervention.
