Research direction
No implementation file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reading the linked Xcodes feature request (#385) and the existing XcodesApp event flows, then determine the configuration and hook lifecycle needed for the listed events. Done should include a decided scope for supported hooks, script arguments, and app-versus-CLI behavior.
