Description
Tell us how we can improve Xcodes
Currently, I can download and manage multiple xcodes at great speeds using this Xcodes app. But after I download them, I am more than not in need of downloading multiple simulators. It would be great if Xcodes has a way to do that as well.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm currently using Xcodes CLI tool to download multiple simulator runtimes. I know I can download them from the Xcode app as well, but that is very flaky and I had to restart download multiple times.
What would you like to see? How would you like it to work?
Just like I can the see list of installed, available Xcode versions and download them simultaneously, I would like to see list of installed, available SDKs and then down them simultaneously.

Research direction
Start by examining the existing Xcodes CLI tool and Xcode app workflows for listing and downloading Xcode versions. Define the equivalent flow for installed and available simulator SDKs, with completion meaning multiple simulator runtimes can be listed and downloaded simultaneously.
