Description
Describe the bug
When clicking the install button a massage pops up saying "Unable to install Xcode, If you continue to have problems, please submit a bug report in the Help menu."
To Reproduce
click the install button.
Expected behavior
simply just installs Xcode v14.1

- OS: macOS 12.6.1
- Xcodes: v1.9.0
and yes I'm signed in to my Apple ID.
