Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing how Xcodes currently downloads and switches Xcode versions, then determine where support for the Xcode Additional Utilities package and utility aliases would fit. Done means utilities can be downloaded, versioned, switched, and kept aligned with the selected Xcode version.
