功能描述：问题页回答目录（预览及跳转，回答数超过 100 条时将提示是否关闭）

需求描述：此功能查找某些用户的答案很棒，不用一页一页再去翻了，直接页面左侧（或将目录放在右侧）带有链接。用户列表超过100时，查找指定的用户或者回顾前面看过的回答时真的很麻烦，有了这个目录就可以直接跳转到指定的用户。另外，如果已进入问题页就可以加载完全部的回答用户到目录中，就更好了，不用再通过滑动页面到底部再重新加载。这个需求是我在使用知乎时遇到的，通过搜索油猴脚本，发现有人做了这个功能，就是下面这个链接，但是，作者停更了，因此它这个功能也失效了。所以，希望可以添加这个“回答目录”功能
