Research direction

Start by locating the dashboard panel and the appointment and client data used by the web application. Clarify the definitions and configurable values for recurring, current, new, and lost clients, including the proposed default of three appointments in five months. Done means the panel shows the agreed counts or graphs for each client category.

Description

enhancement medium priority

A recurring client could be defined as a client who has had at least N appointments in the last M months. (default: 3 appointments in the last 5 months)

We could then show the number/graph of current clients.

We could also similarly define what new and lost clients and also graph them.
