Description
When you visit https://jobs.wordpress.net/#candidates, you can’t filter the candidates.
Right now there are 63 pages, and it takes a long time to go through them, especially since the candidates' profiles look very similar.
Plus, it's hard to understand what the candidates are proposing.
Rather than having a single “open to work” tag for all candidates, it would be better to have different tags corresponding to specific fields such as “design,” “development,” “maintenance,” “writing,” “webmastering,” and so on...
It would also be helpful to be able to filter candidates by language and by country.
