Description
Very minor copy edit: The Footer CTAs are currently in title case, which isn't consistent with the rest of the redesigned pages.
They just need to be made sentence case:
- Add your plugin
- Create a plugin
- Stay up-to-date

Research direction
Search the plugin footer CTA templates or entry points for the three listed headlines. Update the wording so each headline uses sentence case, then verify the plugin footer displays “Add your plugin,” “Create a plugin,” and “Stay up-to-date” consistently with the redesigned pages.
