Description
Provide a unique namespace for everything the Theme defines in the public namespace, including options, functions, global variables, constants, post meta, etc.
We can check if they are namespaced with the theme slug.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing checks for theme-defined public names, then determine how the theme slug should be applied consistently to options, functions, globals, constants, and post meta. Done means the checker covers the listed public items and verifies their namespace.
