Description

I don't think there are any tickets open for this, but I believe it may have been mentioned somewhere. We should parse add_action() and add_filter() calls and export of list of which functions are hooked to which actions/filters.

Research direction

Start by tracing how phpdoc-parser currently parses PHP source and represents exported relationships; the issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Determine how add_action() and add_filter() calls should be distinguished and how their function-to-hook mappings should be represented. Done means the parser exports both mappings with coverage for the relevant call forms.
