Bug Description
If using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin regenerate thumbnail cause file duplication.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable WebP Uploads
- Install Regenerate Thumbnails
- Upload the image
- Click Regenerate Thumbnails in the media library
- Image file duplicated
