Description

The pattern column is not working properly. When I went to submit a new pattern on this URL (https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/), I noticed that the column is not working correctly — it displays in a row-wise manner.

To check the issue, I created a pattern locally using the column block, and then I pasted the same pattern into the editor at https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/. However, the views look different in both cases. I am attaching a screenshot of my local setup and one from the WordPress.org pattern submission page for reference.

I also see a console error in the editor when trying to submit the new pattern.

Would you like help identifying the cause of the layout or console error?

Research direction

Reproduce the discrepancy by creating a pattern with the column block locally, then pasting it into https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/. Compare the two layouts and inspect the editor's console error; the issue is done when the column layout matches and the reported console error is resolved.
