Description
Idea
To help translators, we could define default content for a number of block fields, which may help pattern creators stick to using the existing default text, rather than being forced to write their own.
The thought is that if we provide default text, there'll be less variation in the text entered, higher probability that it'll be an existing string, and likely reduce translation effort
This is just a thought, and I don't know how ideal it would be from an actual user perspective.

Research direction
Review how block fields and pattern content are currently defined, then identify which fields could receive default text for translators and pattern creators. The issue does not name files, tests, or an implementation entry point; done would require an agreed set of defaults and validation that they reduce variation without harming the user experience.
