Description
I created a child theme for TT5 using Create Block Theme.
When I define a color such as “green” for a (custom) color under Appearance > Editor > Styles > Colors, this color is not created correctly in theme.json after clicking on “Save changes to theme”:
“slug”: “custom-green” should be defined.

Same Issues arise when patterns are named with (German) umlauts. These patterns also do not contain umlauts in their names. Umlauts should always be replaced as follows:
ä=ae or Ä=Ae
ü=ue or Ü=Ue
ö=oe or Ö=Oe
ß=ss
