Description

I'm wondering if this plugin could help theme builders understand the WordPress template hierarchy and how it relates to the reading settings.

A first step could be to link to the theme handbook, and then maybe expand by briefly explaining which templates handle which kind of content.

I'm not sure where this information would sit - perhaps we could introduce some kind of Create Block Theme tooltips, that pop up at certain times whilst a theme is being built.

Research direction

Start with the issue description and the linked WordPress template hierarchy handbook. Decide where guidance about template hierarchy and reading settings should live, including whether contextual tooltips are appropriate. Done means theme builders can find a link or explanation connecting templates with the relevant content and reading settings.
