Description
- Create a new theme
- Customize it
- Create a new Template, let's say "Page - Single"
- Save all changes with the Create Block Theme Plugin with the Overwrite Function.
The names of the custom template has changed.

FYI: The template parts have changed to all lowercase, which I like. Don't know if this is on purpose though.

Research direction
Reproduce the reported workflow in the Create Block Theme Plugin, focusing on the Overwrite function and how it handles custom template names. Done means custom templates such as “Page - Single” retain their names after overwrite; also verify whether lowercasing template parts is intentional.
