Description
... to make it more straight forward for contributors to get the tests fully running locally.
Future scope
Potentially enhance that initial config later with an emulated server to not need Render for the responses when running the tests locally.

Research direction
The issue does not name a Docker file, test entry point, or existing local setup. Start by reviewing the repository's current test-running instructions and configuration, then define the Docker setup needed for contributors to run the full test suite locally without relying on Render; the later emulated server is explicitly future scope.
