Description
Hi, I just have a simple question.
Is there a way to disable redirects in the Requests:head(URL) call?
I already looked through the wiki but I did not found anything.

Research direction
Start at the Requests::head(URL) entry point and trace how redirect handling is configured for requests. Check whether an existing option already controls redirects, then review the relevant documentation or tests if present. Done means the behavior is confirmed and either documented or scoped as a concrete change.
