Description

On https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/2846578/101688767-7fb4c680-3a3a-11eb-867c-caad735ce061.png we see the Theme Development icon appearing like {/}, but that isn't an existing Dashicon. https://developer.wordpress.org/resource/dashicons

From the Category and Audience taxonomy in Lesson Plans, can we provide an option to link to an svg/png hosted in the media library?

Research direction

No source files or tests are named. Start by locating the Lesson Plan landing page and the Category and Audience taxonomy configuration, then review the linked Dashicons reference and Slack discussion. Done means the Theme Development taxonomy item can use an SVG or PNG from the media library instead of an unavailable Dashicon.
