Description
Topic
Add a mechanism that lets contributors prioritize collected Office Hours topics, so it is clear which topics are urgent and should be handled first.
Why this topic?
A flat list of topics does not show what matters most. With a lightweight prioritization (for example reactions, a Priority field, or labels), the team can focus the limited Office Hours time on the most pressing items, and non-attendees can signal importance asynchronously.
Suggested discussion questions
- Which prioritization method fits GitHub best (reactions, a Priority field, labels)?
- Who can prioritize, everyone or only TT-Admins?
- How often do we re-prioritize?
- How does the priority feed the meeting agenda?
