"Students sometimes mistake their mentor for a supervisor or an instructor. Help them understand that the mentor is a guide from within the WordPress community, not someone who will direct them step by step. The mentor is there to help them navigate the community, provide feedback, and keep them on track. The student owns the work."
IMO that abstract requires a bit more information. What if students need more attention? How to handle that?
