Write and publish the meeting-formats proposal (Tuesday meeting, Office Hours, TT-Admins)

This issue was discussed in the Office Hours session on June 27, 2026.
Write a proposal that defines the purpose and scope of each meeting format and publish it on Make WordPress Training for team feedback. Owner: Team Reps.

Tasks

• Describe the three formats: Tuesday meeting (main), Office Hours (public, minuted, cross-cutting topics and proposal vetting), TT-Admins (administrative work and issue tracking)
• Decide and document whether the TT-Admins meeting and the Triage meeting are separated or merged
• Define the cadence and the cancellation rule for each format
• Publish the proposal on Make WordPress Training and collect comments
• Anchor the agreed result in the handbook

Context

The format split was discussed in the June 27 Office Hours and is the deliverable of the matching discussion topic on the project board (#13). It follows the Monthly Office Hour proposal and should be anchored in the handbook.
