Are you reporting an error or providing other feedback?
Reporting an error (such as outdated information)
What are you reporting?
There is no "centered header" pattern available in the default install. There is no existing navigation menu called "Lifestyle". Clicking multiple menus without telling us what they are doesn't help much either.
"Then I will go ahead and select the centered header with logo pattern. I will also select one of my existing navigation menus named Lifestyle."

Research direction
Open the lesson at https://learn.wordpress.org/lesson/what-is-the-difference-between-the-block-editor-and-site-editor/ and locate the quoted instructions about the centered header pattern and the “Lifestyle” navigation menu. Check the lesson’s source content and revise those examples and directions so they match a default install and give useful context. Done means the lesson no longer claims those unavailable items exist.
