There is an information that the second part of the course is still in development but it's available already.
"This second course is still in development, but should be available soon!"
Also it's refered to as "Getting Setup with WordPress: Part Two" which is a bit confusing as the second part of the course is called differently.
"Why WordPress?" and
"Getting Started With WordPress: Is WordPress Right For You?"
