Description

I answered the lesson questions 7–10 days ago, but yesterday I noticed that no answers were showing—it looked like I had never submitted them. So, I answered them again yesterday.

I’m not sure why this happened, so I need to check if it only happened to me or to others as well.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Visit: https://learn.wordpress.org/lesson/editing-wordpress-data-records/
  2. Scroll down to the section titled “Step 4: Making the Page title field editable”
  3. Answer the questions in that section
  4. Wait 7–10 days, then return to the same lesson and check if your answers are still there

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report at the editing-wordpress-data-records lesson, in “Step 4: Making the Page title field editable,” following the listed steps and checking whether answers remain after 7–10 days. Done means determining why submitted answers disappear and confirming that they persist on a later visit; the issue does not name source files or tests.
