Description

Outdated Content Translator Onboarding handbook. The Content Translator Onboarding is outdated and needs an update to avoid misleading the new contributors that are interested to translate.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions (optional)

  1. Go to Does content already exist in your locale?
  2. Click on list of locale labels in GitHub, no more locales listed here as it's migrated to https://github.com/orgs/WordPress/projects/104/views/1

Research direction

Open the Content Translator Onboarding handbook and read the “Does content already exist in your locale?” section, especially steps 1–5. Compare its locale-label instructions with the current WordPress project view linked in the issue, then update the outdated guidance and verify that the onboarding steps and links are consistent.
