Description
A Learn WordPress user is reporting strange behavior when attempting to view course content. The user reports that they cannot view certain course lesson content, that they were able to before.
The user in question is sylas63. They are attempting to access the course content for Introduction to Block Development: Build your first custom block. They have shared two screencasts with us via this Helpscout ticket.
In this first video, you can see they can access the first lesson in that course. However, in the second video, they cannot view the content of the second lesson. Additionally, when they return to the first lesson, they can view their quiz score but are still being asked to "take the course" even though the course progress bar shows they are enrolled in this course.
Additionally, when I try to search for this user in the Learn WordPress registered students for this course, I cannot find them.
I am currently not able to replicate this myself.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the two linked screencasts and the Helpscout ticket for the reported course-access behavior. Investigate why the user can access the first lesson but not the second, and why their enrollment is absent from the registered-student list. Done means the affected user can access the course content and their enrollment and progress are shown consistently.
