Description

Issue

Now that we've removed the "Any" option in the Experience level taxonomy – as discussed in #2676 – there is a blank space where that level had been used previously.

Enhancement

Let's only display the experience level if an experience level has been assigned to a lesson plan.

Research direction

Start at the lesson plan page shown in the linked example and locate the template or entry point that renders the experience level field. Verify the current blank space when no level is assigned, then confirm the field and its surrounding spacing are absent in that case while assigned levels still display.
