Description

Similar to the work being done to create content for developers using the Site Editor with block themes https://github.com/WordPress/Learn/issues/1263 I think we should do the same for designers, especially as the Site Editor gets more robust and is being used to build sites directly. This came up as part of the FSE Outreach Program during this hallway hangout

Research direction

Start by reviewing the related developer content proposal in Learn issue #1263 and the linked FSE Outreach hallway hangout. Define and vet the designer-focused Site Editor topic, including its content type, audience, experience level, product type, and WordPress version. Done means the checklist is complete and the topic is ready to create, with a content creator identified.
