Update Course sidebar to place a "Take Course" call-to-action

Description
I suggest updating the sidebar of individual Courses (such as here) to place a CTA-like button and help people sign up easier. Some courses have a nice, but lengthy, explanation before you are finally able to sign up. Positioning the button at the top of the page would hopefully capture more learners to take the course before they bounce off the page.
My mock-up below also utilizes the registered user count currently showing in the table. We could pull this number out and use it to attract people to sign up.
