Broken Link for Custom Front Page Templates page

Issue Description

When you click on the link for "Custom Page Template" information, the page cannot be found:

Context

When trying to learn more about Custom Front Page Templates, I discovered this issue.

Has the documentation changed, should the link be removed or updated? I am not sure so I raised this ticket.

Steps to reproduce:

1. https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/custom-front-page-templates/
2. Just scroll down to this section:
   A static page: WordPress uses the Static Page template hierarchy:
   Custom Page Template
   page-{id}.php
   page-{slug}.php
   page.php
   index.php

Expected Result:

I would expect the page to not link me here, where no information is available:
https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/page-templates/#Custom_Page_Template

Actual Result:

Instead, I was informed that a broken link was on this page, and could not learn more about what the link suggested I could learn more about.

Open the Custom Front Page Templates page and inspect the Custom Page Template link and its destination. Determine whether the documentation page has moved or the link should be removed, then update the referenced documentation and verify that the link no longer leads to an unavailable page.
