Feature Introduced in https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/38892;

the Keyboard shortcut for selecting text across multiple blocks (without selecting all of the blocks' text) should appear at https://wordpress.org/support/article/block-editor-keyboard-shortcuts/
Should probably live in under the selection shortcuts section.

There is also an issue made on Gutenberg to document it there https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/41168
(please visit GitHub issue to ensure it is being listed under a consistent section (likely selection).

Document the shortcut (shift + up arrow ; and shift + down arrow ) read https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/38892#issue-1141811869

Open the WordPress block editor keyboard shortcuts page and review the Selection shortcuts section, then check Gutenberg PR 38892 and issue 41168 for the intended wording and placement. Done means the shortcuts for selecting text across multiple blocks, Shift+Up Arrow and Shift+Down Arrow, are documented consistently on the page.
