When I have this activated, I can’t seem to position in which “Nav Area” set by the theme that each navigation menu is connected to. And the Appearance > Menus function is taken out of my WP Control Panel. I must be able to use the Site Editor to position the menus in a Nav Area designated by the theme, like “Primary Nav Area” or “Secondary Nav Area.” But I guess I’m not seeing it and it isn’t described here?
