Description
When scanning for templates, for example, we could also scan for which pages exist and which don't.
Of course checking this information at runtime would be impossible otherwise

Research direction
Start by tracing the template-scanning path and the runtime handling of #ifexist. Determine where page existence is currently checked and how an initial scan could provide that information; done means #ifexist lookups use the cached existence data without making runtime checks impossible.
