Not clear how to build rsdk-ps2-builder image

Description
I'm trying to build this project from source, but it's not very clear to me how I should get the rsdk-ps2-builder docker image.
Searching the web for that only returns this repo, which is not very helpful.
I assumed that the image might be the same as https://github.com/ps2dev/ps2sdk/blob/master/Dockerfile, but that didn't work... so I'm out of ideas.
Maybe the Readme could include more info on how to build that image?
