Description

Right now wabt doesn't contain tests for these types of relocations. We should have some basic support event if the wast format can't represent them we would use gen-wasm to build some examples for use with the wasm-link and wasmdump.

Research direction

Start by examining how gen-wasm builds relocation examples and how wasm-link and wasmdump handle existing relocation types. Add basic support and tests for R_WEBASSEMBLY_GLOBAL_ADDR_* relocations, using generated examples because the wast format cannot represent them; done means the examples are processed and inspected correctly.
