Build wasm-interp in debug mode
Command
./wasm-interp --enable-memory64 poc.wasm --run-all-exports
Observed result
i32:1 (no trap)
Expected behavior
Like the issue in table.get, this should also trap because index >= table.size
Environment

Reproduce the issue by building wasm-interp in debug mode and running ./wasm-interp --enable-memory64 poc.wasm --run-all-exports. Compare table.set handling with the referenced table.get issue, then verify that an index >= table.size traps instead of producing i32:1.
